we are not traditionalists. this is our take on barbecue. there is no sauce for the ribs, they’re not that kind of ribs. there is no barbecue sauce as you know it here. our sauces are house made. our “slaw” may be house pickled vegetables, & it’s a garnish. we put our heart and soul into every component of every dish. all that said, we think you’ll enjoy your meal as much as we enjoyed making it. if you have any allergies or dietary concerns, please let us know! we are smalls. smalls loves you.
we offer catering for parties large and small. regardless of size, we ensure that your event is given the same attention and care that we infuse into all that we do at smalls. contact us today to start planning.
